Hey guys! As always, if you want off this list, just hit reply and slap "remove" in the subject line, and accept our apologies for taking your time. We'll take care of removing you.

Please keep in mind that you will only receive sporadic product announcements, and possibly, notices of discounts and promotions on Rogue Amoeba Products. We won't be mailing you day and night or selling your info, because hey, we know how it feels to have a box full of spam.

To everyone else, thanks for your continued support!

We've been hard at work on Nicecast 1.0 for over a month, since the Preview version was released, and it's finally here. We hope you like it. For those who don't know, Nicecast is our broadcasting app, allowing you to broadcast any audio out to the world. Listeners then tune in with any MP3 player (like iTunes). We think it's a lot of fun - hopefully, you will too.

Our other big piece of news is that we'll be exhibiting at MacWorld San Francisco. If you're going to be there, stop by Booth #2513 - we'd love to meet you!

Rogue Amoeba Unveils Nicecast 1.0 - You're On The Air!

Princeton, NJ - Rogue Amoeba Software is pleased to present Nicecast 1.0, the easiest way to broadcast audio on OS X. Use Nicecast to broadcast any audio to the far reaches of the globe, or just across your house. Nicecast can help you create your own internet radio station or simply allow you to listen to your iTunes Music Library from anywhere in the world!

You can use an audio player like iTunes to DJ hour after hour of your favorite music or just to let your friends hear that new song you've been working on. The included VoiceOver effect lets you insert radio-style commentary, right between songs. Radio on your Macintosh has never been this easy or this much fun. Broadcast events live or host a call-in show - anything you can plug into your Mac can now be broadcast out. Want to broadcast your band's next gig? Just plug in a cable from the mixer to your laptop, and run Nicecast. Nicecast is perfect for every type of audio broadcasting. Check it out today.

Rogue Amoeba would also like to invite users to come visit them at Booth #2513 at MacWorld San Francisco. We'll be there all week demonstrating all of our products, so stop by and say hello. Finally, two recent updates need mentioning, Audio Hijack Pro 1.2.6 and Detour 1.2.3. These minor updates add some small features and fix many bugs, and are recommended for all users.
