Yes, Javascript would be a boon, all it needs is a way to send applevents into apps.

BTW, I really wish that Hypercard had come into the modern era;  I loved Hypertalk!  If the system scripting language had been based on Hypercard and Hypertalk I think we would have been MUCH better off.</description>
