Celebrate 20 Years and Get a Great Deal

On September 30, 2002, we unveiled the very first version of Audio Hijack. That means that next Friday, Rogue Amoeba will mark two full decades in business. We’re both proud and humbled to reach this milestone.

20 years is a long, long time in the technology industry. When we started, CPUs were measured in megahertz and RAM in megabytes. The operating system then known as “Mac OS X” was barely a year old. The word “podcast” hadn’t even been coined yet.

A whole lot has changed since then. In 2022, our audio tools are used by countless people around the world to create podcasts, enhance video calls, and so much more. We’re in awe of all that you do with our products. We’re also continuously inspired to get better, so we can help you do even more. It’s an honor to assist so many Mac users every day.

As part of our celebration of 20 years in business, we’re running a very limited-time sale. For our anniversary, we wanted to provide a simple discount to help even more users with our products. With that in mind, we’ve taken 20% off the price of every product we have for sale, through September 30.

You don’t need a coupon code for this sale, because all prices on our store have been marked down. Simply purchase before the end of September to get the reduced price.

Ventura Support Coming Soon

MacOS 13 (Ventura) is due out this fall, and we’ve spent the summer preparing for it. We always aim to have our software ready to go when Apple officially releases the new operating system, and we’re on track for that again in 2022. Watch for more updates very soon.

Of course, we know some of you are beta testing Ventura already. Earlier this month, we posted Ventura-compatible test releases for all our products. If you’re interested in trying, see our Status page for more details.
